KEYARTS PRICING AND PROCEDURES KeyArts Piano of Houston sells AAA condition Yamaha and Kawai Pianos. All Pianos are built and factory reconditioned in Japan. Prices are determined by the following criteria: Maker, Model, Build Date, Model Availability and Demand. Other criteria include: shipping, services, options and quantities purchased, Tax, Duties and other costs such as air freight or crating for overseas delivery. Prices quoted will vary across the U.S. due to variations in local prices for piano services including un-crating, deliveries, upstairs, interstate freight etc. Certain models are non-negotiable such as rare concert grands or high demand instruments. However you can always ask and we will try our best to work with your budget. PROCEDURES FOR QUOTES Please send items on the piano list by email or fax. We will send a quote by email/fax/phone ASAP. Print our piano sales worksheet. This will help clarify all information. Call for quick quote. All pianos are subject to sale at any time.
