This could be true from a philosophical view but we think that KeyArts is unique and may
not smell as sweet by any other name. Our reasoning is that KeyArts is your unique
source of honesty and integrity in pianos and prices. If we tell you something about a
price or a specific brand or makes of pianos, you can be sure it is correct within
very narrow limits. Call us first before you purchase ANY piano. We can help you end
confusion and give you confidence in your purchase.

KeyArts was begun over 30 years ago featuring piano rebuilding and restoration coupled
with a dealership with Baldwin and Kawai pianos. A broad experience and music
background serves as the foundation of our business...fair prices,
quality pianos and customer satisfaction.
KeyArts sells AAA condition Kawai and Yamaha pianos to the U.S.A. 48 states, Canada,
Hawaii and foreign destinations via Air, Sea and Land.
Our local piano shop in Houston, TX
maintains representative typical models for sale in the Houston market.
For your piano needs, from student plans to concert grands, I am sure that you will find a
beneficial relationship with KeyArts and our factory as-new, rebuilt Yamaha, Kawai, and
other fine and affordable pianos including player pianos. We also have pre-owned
certified used pianos that include Baldwin, Steinway and other quality instruments.
Classic organs and Performance grade pianos are a specialty
and of course student certified pianos.
CAUTIONARY TALES
A. The 50% off on all pianos deal...Yea! That's not true because the slick dealers will
post a high retail price and then discount it 50% and still overcharge... even at that price!
We never do that at KeyArts!
B. The Buy a Yamaha or Kawai Upright or Grand at a fraction of the cost of
new..yea!!.
A slick dealer will try to sell you an older 1975 model for $14,000 and tell you it is a
$28,000 value at half the cost of new! But it is still a 1975 and is worth about $8,000!!
We never do that at KeyArts!
C. Rentals. The slick dealer will want to lock you into a sale after the rental
period and then run "B" above on you for more money.
We never do that at KeyArts!
D. The slick salesperson will try to sell you a 1970's piano for c.$4200 plus tax or
more! and then tell you that it is better than a piano 10 or 20 years NEWER!
Don't fall for that.
We never do that at KeyArts!
E. Always have a piano technician check any piano out "in the wild" that you
may be interested in. Word to the wise... 'nough said about this!
